WHITETAIL DEER SEASONS:
Archery

Go to Muzzleloader or Rifle

Whitetail deer archery season in the Big Woods of Manitoba, Canada, starts on the last Monday in August and continues until mid-November when it overlaps with Muzzleloader season. Due to the considerable length of the deer archery season, almost all weather conditions usually experienced in our Big Woods are possible during this time.

Temperatures in the 80'sF are possible in late August and September, while November can easily bring freezing temperatures and snow.

As your whitetail deer outfitter in Manitoba, we want to best prepare you for your wilderness whitetail deer hunt. Please Contact Us to discuss the normal weather conditions to be expected during your week of interest.

Archery deer season also provides the opportunity for an exciting combo hunt with black bear and timber wolf. Please see our BLACK BEARS page for information on our trophy black bear hunts and Contact Us for pricing information.
